deployed java war files on domains,but unable to login on one server,usimg lightsail and centos

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me with a project to deploy Java War files on one domains, but cannot login to one of them. I need a freelancer who is experienced with Apache Tomcat, and who is able to deploy Java War files onet domain. The other server is already configured and does not require any additional setup. No additional software needs to be installed. I'm hoping to find a freelancer who can complete this project quickly and efficiently. Thanks in advance for your help.
