do a crud operation java

bro i need to do a crud operation in java to my project. i have 2 websites one is customer page(home page) and other one is dashboard(admin). so its about product page. in the home page i design a reserve button so when customer reserve the product its should popup form to fill orders in home page and that should save to dashboard (admin page)
