checker program for java client based game

I would like a program to check available names in old school runescape made by jagex and track them based on account ID. How the game works is, one character can have up to 2 names for a certain period of time. One is the current player name and the other is the previous player name. I would like this program to check and track both names for multiple accounts with the smallest delay possible in real time. The client code can be found at https://github.com/runelite/runelite and has all the functions. If you think this is something you can do, please feel free to message me for more details and a more elaborate explanation.
