build an Authentication system for a emqx mqtt broker

A system comprising (1) a CRUD system for administrating allowed users compatible with ory/kratos, (2) an JWT token issuer compatible with the EMQX authentication (3) a manager for any EMQX-compatible database (4) a mqtt client through which the EMQX database may be changed.
