AI based online system

I am looking for a programmer to develop an ai based program which should have the following features and requirements.

Requirements

The Program should be equipped with 4 options.

• The first option should be called “Plan your Career” Here the student or person can upload their AL, or IGCSE Transcripts and that ai should analyze their results and should give them a list of universities programs, Prices and their contact with their application details etc. So Student can just click the button and apply to specific university. This can be connected with Openai network. We would like to have some Filters like “Search, Budget and Preferred Country” so based on the person’s results they upload they should be able to have the list of recommended programs. For instance if the person is from Commerce field or Science Field they should be guided accordingly with their results.

• Second Option should have an option called “Job Options” So Once the student or person upload the CV, the system should automatically review their CV and filter down relevant Jobs based on their CV and should list down all what is listed in google, linkedin etc. Open ai network would help more.

• Third Option should have an option to “Plan the Vacation” Here , there should be a budget section and to add their mood, Moreover there should be another section to add number of people and number of days. So the ai should evaluate the vacation based on budget, mood, days and etc and should show the list of countries, hotels and etc.

• Fourth Option is diet planners, Here the weight and height of person is given and his BMI is calculated. Then in illness section there should be an area where the person adds his disease like Diabetics etc. One done the ai should be able to give him the kind of foods and what he should eat according to their traditional meal. For instance if person should be in Sri Lanka or india they should have their own style of food like rice etc. But when in West they can have their type of food according to their country.

4) Should have an API integration which means the person can add that to their own website.
5) There should be a license code section where every license code is given and then the system is activated.
6) There should be payment method to facilitate Payhere and Paypal. It can be in USD, INR, SLR and etc.
7) The main system should be hosted in a nice website, with it’s features in dashboard and the pricing should not be mentioned but person contacting us can get the plan and they should will be given unique links to access the system which means, there should be a common login arena but with their company brand. So as new companies come the admin should be able to add the user and add their login credentials.

• The user must verify all activation code, emails and phone and then they should be allowed to use in. The admin should be able to adjust the amount for every person etc.
