AI based Speaking & Writing Assessment for LMS

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop an AI-based Speaking & Writing Assessment for our Learning Management System (LMS). The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate both speaking and writing skills of our users.
Requirements:
- The assessment should be of intermediate complexity level.
- It should be able to accurately assess the speaking and writing skills of the users.
- The assessment should be able to handle a large number of users, as we anticipate more than 500 users taking the assessment.
- The assessment should provide detailed feedback and analysis of the users' speaking and writing abilities.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing AI-based assessments for language skills.
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and integration.
