Ci-cd automation for project

Developers have there own sanboxes so they write their hiven task like coding part after completion they wil merger the go to dev sandox frm there staging and finally production they are doinh manually they have 20 repos in their github to automate to those repos ..starting i need asap.for 3 repos one is java repo and other two qre html ineed.to ci-cd i have aws machine with packages qnd tool install just need to write pipelines steps for ci and cd
