Project Title: Android App Development - Volume Up Button -> send an intent to mainactivity and increment a counter by 1
I am looking for a skilled Android developer to create an app that whenever the volume up button is pressed on the phone, it increments a counter in the mainActivity. The app should be able to perform this action in both foreground and background modes, even when the phone is locked and the screen is OFF. This needs to work with earphones, too.

Compatibility Requirements:
- The app should be compatible with the latest versions of Android.
