Write a Java program using JDBC to connect to your Oracle account -- 2

The goal of this assignment is to familiarize you with JDBC (Java Database Connectivity). We would like to create a command-line interface to facilitate users’ access to published ACL papers in the year of 2016 and 2017. There are two types of papers: short or long. Each paper has a unique PublicationID ranging from 1 to 91. Write a Java program using JDBC to connect to your Oracle account, execute paper.sql script file provided with this project to create and insert data into your database, and implement a command-line interface to search the database.
