Write a Java code to send event on AWS EventBridge using REST API -- 2

I need to send events to AWS EventBridge in Java. The code cannot use the AWS SDK so it must use the REST API. The code must also use Apache HttpClient.
I have created a code but for some reason the authentification part does not work, the signature is not accepted. Here is the error message I get from AWS: "The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided"
