Work on existing Java Tool for Extracting PDF Data and Generating Excel Reports

I have a functional .jar application that retrieves PDFs from a specific Gmail account based on a provided date range. It then extracts data from PDF invoices and bills to generate an Excel report. I need a Java developer to implement several minor modifications to enhance the tool's functionality.
Key Modifications:
1. Excel Report Layout Adjustment:
Modify the tool to ensure that all orders from the "Invoices - Data from PDF Format" sheet are included in Sheet 3, even if they don't match any orders from the "Bills - Data From all Other PDF" sheet. Unmatched fields should be left blank in Sheet 3.
2. Future Tweaks:
After these changes, additional modifications may be needed. I require a developer who can understand the full functionality of the existing .jar application and assist with further enhancements.
The ideal candidate for this job should have:
Proficiency in Java.
Experience with PDF manipulation.
Strong knowledge of Excel handling in Java.
Familiarity with Gmail Integration
Experience in performance optimization techniques.
