Wix code to create show database in page and let admin delete or modify

I am working on wix dynamic page, i want to let admin of the website to modify database (edit or delete the fields) and show updated items on database.

It is tender website, admin should be able to create new tender in dynamic pages and user will able to update price only once.

The admin should be able to view all updated price in page
