Windows Private Server [swordieMS] game + mods -- 2

Need someone that can build a private SwordieMS server for a game similar to what is provided from

Modifications required:

1. Show how to modify drop rate and meso rate
2. Modification of In-game currency including NX dropped from mobs and item damages etc.
3. Allow shops in "Free Market" to sell late game items all in the currency mesos.
4. Increase spawn rate

Should have some experience on how the games works.

Game should work normally like the swordie server online with rotating SSB as well in addition to gachphons and wonderberry.

Can be stuck onto VM and connected to from same computer. Connection to other players online [optional not priority].

Teamviewer maybe used in get the computer connected to VM on the same computer or another as final a step etc.

Person must be fluent in English and actively respond at a reasonable time.
