Project Title: Whatsapp Twilio API Integration for Sending and Receiving Messages

We are looking for a skilled developer to integrate the Twilio API into our java based web application, allowing us to send and receive Whatsapp messages to our customer. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

Functionality:
- Ability to send and receive messages using the Twilio API

Integration:
- Integration with other applications to enable seamless communication between systems

Preferred Language:
- Experience with Java and JSP for the backend code

Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of the Twilio API and its functionality for sending and receiving Whatsapp messages
- Proficiency in Java and JSP for the backend code
- Experience with integrating systems and applications for seamless communication
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues
