Freelancer Requirement: WhatsApp Business Messaging System for Tyre Reseller (PoC)

I need a cost-effective Proof of Concept (PoC) for a WhatsApp-based messaging system for a tyre reseller. The system should allow customers to send a request via WhatsApp Business API by specifying the brand, size, and quantity of tyres they need. The reseller will manage tyre availability using a Google Sheet, which will be updated manually from the backend.

Key Requirements:
WhatsApp Business API Integration: Customers can either select from a list of options (pressing a number) or interact via a simple UI within WhatsApp (if feasible).
Google Sheets Integration: The system should fetch tyre availability from a Google Sheet, eliminating the need for an additional database.
Minimal Infrastructure: A small AWS server can be used to keep services running, but third-party subscriptions should be avoided where possible.
Automation: Basic automation to respond to customer queries based on Google Sheets data.
Low-Cost Approach: The system should be built as cheaply as possible, focusing on open-source tools and self-hosted solutions.
