What To Do Next

I would like to do my to-dos one by one. The program should say me what task i need to perform next according to the performance table. at the beginning I enter my routines with weekly counts and time to spend for each. everyday i will complete my time spent for each task and the app calculates how many times and how much time i did the task. it shows me the performance percentage and the minimum value, so that i understand the task i must do.
