Web based very simple MCQ based learning platform

Note: I do not want a wordpress/php based implementation. I would humbly request that people who are not comfortable with Java, J2ee, GCP should not place a bid.

I would expect a custom response on the bid, stating clearly why you are perfect in doing this project. Any standard copy paste bids, would not be entertained.

I need a GCP (Google cloud platform) based collection of few simple microservices for : user, auth, storage, frontend, etc. I am particular in getting it deployed on google cloud.
The web server will have following components:
1. A frontend in the form of a website, where some of its data is dynamic.
2. I would prefer the website written in such a way, that the UI should not break on mobile devices.
3. The server will have a database, which manages user data and their activities. (The data generated is not much).
4. The system has only two types of users. And they both see different data based upon its role.

I would prefer that the microservices can be dockerised and the backend be written in written in Java (Any java based framework is fine). It should use light weight http servers.

I would like to have someone who is reliable and has some experience in writing microservices.
I would like to see a sample of your work too.
