Web based table editing admin tool using ReactJs, Java Spring boot & mysql

I'm looking for a proficient JavaScript developer with extensive experience in ReactJS library. The scope of this job involves creating a table, business logic, REST apis with the following features:
- Sorting: The table must have an efficient way of sorting data.
- Pagination: Large amounts of data must be divided into separate pages to enhance usability.
- Inline Editing: Editing feature should be baked within the table. Users must be able to edit table content directly without transitioning to a separate page.
The table should accommodate between 5 and 10 columns. Familiarity with JSON data manipulation and modern React patterns would be beneficial.
Backend will be in Java Springboot REST APIs.
Database MySql.
Excel file processing - This file will appear parodically in specific folder which needs to be uploaded to database. While inserting into database one of the field needs processing based on string patterns and accordingly required data / row needs to be created.
