Web Application Development for Coffee Cultivation Management

I am looking for a talented web developer who will be able to create a customized web application for coffee cultivation management. I need an application to be created to carry out all coffee production management.
This application must be developed with Java + Spring Boot and MariaDB.

Requirements:
-It is possible to register numerous farms;
-It is possible to register numerous plots;
-It is possible to register numerous Harvests;
-It is possible to register numerous users;
--It is possible to register numerous employees;
-On each farm, I can have 1 plot or many.
-Each plot is planted with a quantity of coffees;
-Each plot receives care such as fertilizers and labor during a harvest. And all of this has costs;
- The harvest lasts 11 to 14 months;
-The system must calculate the entire cost of a harvest on a farm;
-The system must allow managing how many kg of coffee were produced per plot;
-Manage the costs involved in growing coffee;
-Issuing reports;
-It is possible for the user to open a ticket for the administrator;
