Web App Role Permissions Enhancement

I'm in need of a skilled developer with experience in working with spring boot for Java and React.js to enhance the user permission functionalities of my web app. The main objective is to allow admins to assign roles, determining which users can access certain pages.

Currently, there's an issue where only admins can view a specific page and I'm looking for a solution where the accessibility can be controlled depending upon the roles assigned by the admin.

What I need you to do:

- Improve the user authentication system for role assignments
- Ensure real-time updates on role assignments for immediate access or restrictions
- Solve the issue of specific page not being opened by users other than the admin
