Write a logic in JAVA that by reading benchmark prices and packaging options for a given item is able to provide its packaging based on its pricc

REQUEST:
Write a logic in JAVA that by reading benchmark prices and
packaging options for a given item is able to provide its
packaging based on its price
The logic will be designed around micro-servicesapproach.
Please read the attached document to see business context for
the project:
Service 1:
Benchmark (BM) Level calculation, which reads the BM Level •
and the packaging info for the given item, and based on that
provides all the other BM for all packaging levels
Service 2:
Reads a unit price and the different BM levles, and let us know
in which BM level the unit price falls into. Also, with the given
BM level(s) as insigth and the given CF/UOM Xwalk per bracket
this logic will provide the correspondent CF and UOM for the
unit price
It is important to define confidence level in the assignment for
each micro-service
