Want java developer to write utility excel to excel comparison

I have a project for which I need a Java developer to create a utility excel to excel comparison for single use. The purpose of the utility excel to excel comparison is for data validation. The expected level of complexity is medium level (including formulas, formatting, etc. if any there). No major changes will be necessary for the utility, just minor changes. The developer I need should be experienced and skilled in Java, Excel and data validation.

The developer shall be able to describe his/her work clearly and concisely, present solutions for review and debugging, provide documentation of all work done, and collaborate closely with me. They should also be willing to learn new technologies to accomplish the goal I am asking of them.
