Vue Js + Electron Js Frontend Project

Hello,
We have an Application writen in Java SE.
This Application's functions controlling the operating room in hospitals.
Serial Communication between system and application. For example Turn on/off lighting lamps etc.
We want to move language from Java desktop application to Electron JS based desktop application so that we are looking Vue Js + Electron Js developer.
This project just for frontend after this project we'll begin to backend project.
