Vscode Spring Boot extension Couldn’t determine port its running on

I'm having issues running my Spring Boot project on VSCode, specifically facing compilation errors due to missing files during startup. I need a professional who can help troubleshoot these errors, fix the underlying issues and assist with adding a new View for inquiries, as well as implementing update and make inquiry functionality.
