Project Status: XanticTek TASS is a software project coded 50 % already and with 100 % Documented Features Ready in PDF (including UI & Functions & Design). It jousts wait the right team for completion the coding.
Looking for a Senior Java Developer to finish coding XanticTek TASS application.

Must have skills:
• More than 5 years of professional Java 8 (or higher) development experience
• Understanding of maven multi-level projects
• Knowledge of Java Swing (for the UI)
• Writing SQL queries for Postgres DB
• Good level of Linux knows how
Nice to have:
• Deeper knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols
If you don't meet the “Must have skills” and you don't have the curiosity to learn “Nice to have” there is not making any sense to open discussion with us.

Documentation: all Features are extremely well presented in PDF including logic of the module, interface design and modality to test. No change mind, no changes, already everything done and ready to be coded.

Policy: please do not get involved if you cannot finish the project

Developer Test: based on our 1-year coding with this project we conclude the right test of the developer to be sure that it is capable to finish the project, and this test will include the following steps
1. Download source code of a project from GIT LAB
2. Assembly the pieces
3. Modify the Name of the main Window and add a word in Configuration /Servers
4. Create Installation package
5. Deliver to us in order to check that modification made by you are visible after installing
If you are capable to reach point 5 than we are SURE that you will be capable to Finish the project since reaching till point 5 it will test all knowledge required for Successfully Finish the Project.
And if you are really good, you will reach point 5 in 3 days.

Budget: after coding 1 year of the project we are very capable to appreciate the remaining work and price of this. Based on our experience the price for the remaining work will be 10-20 000 euro

Contract: after you pass the Developer Test and we conclude about Budget; we will make a contract.

Duration: we are NOT looking to change developer every year. If this project is coded correctly and we are happy with partnership with developer we are looking for 10 years support + new project coming in.

Developer history: During pandemic the developer was ill and then his family was ill and then the bank changes policy and hold the money for the project so the project was stopped. Now we secure the money for the project and are looking for new developers. Old developer enters into bigger project and no time for this project.

NDA: Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement is very first step to receive detailed material and software name we talking about and full details about Source Code, Compiled Installation, Setup, Java Client Setup and run, to be able to check yourself if you pass the Developer Test
