Very basic Eclipse plugin
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Looking for a very basic Eclipse IDE (https://www.eclipse.org/) plugin to bootstrap a proposal. When the developer enters, in a .java file:

* the line should be underlined in red
* on mouseover, a popup saying "hello world" should be shown, with a dummy link to https://localhost and two buttons labeled "Button 1" and "Button 2"
* an entry in the Problems tab saying "hello world" should be created
If the line is deleted, the above should be undone.
There could be follow up work; however, this is just a very small project to show a potential client a visual.
