Vaadin Pwa

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help create Progressive Web App (PWA) using Vaadin. My goal is to get a simple application (simple Login, one Dashboard-Page and database) that runs productively and that I can further develop independently. The monthly costs of productive operation should be minimal. To make this possible I need someone who knows the Vaadin framework and can write code in Java.
This project is expected to take 3-5 weeks to complete, with the primary purpose of creating a responsive web app. To ensure that my end product meets my expectations, I am looking for a talented developer who is up for the challenge.
