I’m looking to create a utility ( electricity / water etc ) billing system
Should include a UI , account creation, charges (recurring, onetime, usage) , adjustments/credits/discounts, and bill pdf creation
Application should be deployed on the cloud
Reuse of open source code and make changes accordingly to reduce cost
