Upgrade Springboot Microservice from 1.5.x to 2.7.x (latest stable)

Hi I have 4 springboot microservices which are quite simple. They expose a bunch of endpoints and perform actions in our database.
Currently they have version 1.5.x. i need them to be converted to 2.7.x.
Please note that i use dockerfile and jenkins for deployment. I need your support until it is successfully deployed in all 3 environments.
