Upgrade Laboratory Management Software to Spring -- 2

I need my Laboratory Management Software upgraded from the Struts Framework to Spring. The backend will be updated to MySql 8, and the entire tech stack to JDK 17 and Apache Tomcat 9.
Additionally, I want some new features implemented during this migration:

- Multi Layer Architecture with Admin panel to handle the entire Application.
- Enhanced Reporting: This should provide more insightful, user-friendly reports.
- User Authentication Enhancements: I need an upgrade in the security and user access management features.
- Automated Data Backup: This feature will ensure regular, hassle-free backups of data.

The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in working with the Spring Framework, MySql, JDK 17, and Apache Tomcat 9. They should also have a strong background in implementing enhanced reporting systems, user authentication upgrades, and automated data backup features. A solid understanding of laboratory management software would be a significant advantage.
