Upgrade Application and WebLogic Server from 10.3.6

All steps must be thoroughly documented in a repeatable process on our servers. Payment will only be released upon providing the documentation, and it being validated by our internal technical resources. Please include your agreement and understanding in your proposal.

Upgrade Application Utilizing WebLogic Server 10.3.6

Current configuration:
Java 7u291
WebLogic Version 10.3.6

Needed Version:
Java 8+
WebLogic 12c+

Steps:
Install WebLogic 12c/14c
Upgrade Current Domain
Deploy Application to new environment with updated scripts.
Create Services to start and stop application.
Remove remnants of previous installation.

Our current application references many different class libraries that may also need to be upgraded in order to support the newer version of WebLogic.
