Upgrade Android Stuidio project API 27 to API31 or 32 developed in SPANISH

Hello everyone, I have an android application that an ex-worker developed 4 years ago, it is an app to inventory gps points, the api version used was 27 we need to be able to resolve all the necessary dependencies and have an android project studio in api 31 or 32 to be able to be, in order to be able to publish it in the play store

All the texts are in Spanish, I want you to take this into account so that it is not a problem to give instructions to do the necessary tests.

Specially a large part of the application is made with the following libraries deprecates in API 28, see attached photos

The application was designed to make an inventory of GPS points by saving attributes and photos of them, the latest apk compilation that we have on current devices is not capable of saving photos in a phone storage folder, this is another problem to solve
