Update for a Maven tycho Eclipse plugin

Update an existing clean (hello world) Eclipse plugin project, it is a template with Maven Tycho.
NO implementation needed, the existing project builds ok, now we need the plugin to be able to build and create artefacts (JAR) by running command "mvn clean install" so then the JAR can be installed into Eclipse IDE.
