Update & Enhance Java Encrypted JDBC Driver Project

I'm looking for a skilled Java JDBC Driver developer to update and enhance an existing Java Encrypted PostgreSQL JDBC Driver.

Have a database driver written in Java.

Need to add functionality and integration with a third-party system.

Key Skills:
- Strong Java programming background
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and JDBC
- Experience with encryption and security best practices
- Familiarity with optimization techniques
- Docker

Deliverable
- PostgreSQL JDBC Driver with XQ (https://xqmsg.co) encryption.

Requirements

- Encrypt and store data
- Encrypt user data with XQ-supplied tokens
- Store encrypted data in the database
- Store and tag encryption metadata for decryption retrieval
- Decrypt and return data
- Decrypt data with XQ-supplied tokens
- Return decrypted data to the user
- Enforce XQ-supplied RBAC policies

Current State
We are currently using the AWS JDBC driver: https://github.com/awslabs/aws-postgresql-jdbc
While not a requirement, this can be used as a starting point so that only the encryption/decryption functionality will need to be built.
