3D Unity & Flutter Shopping Mall Development

I have a 3D project powered by artificial intelligence and human-to-human motion. The project involves building a shopping mall with real-world centers where customers can move easily. The UI/UX design has been completed. I'm looking for a developer or company to start completing the second and third phases.

Phase 2: Unity Developer (3D Developer)

Objective: Implement the virtual mall and store scenes in Unity, based on the designs provided by the UI/UX designer.



Full Responsibilities:

1. Environment Setup:
• Install Unity (version suitable for mobile development).
• Create a new project compatible with iOS and Android.
• Set up a 3D scene representing the virtual mall.

2. Import UI from Figma:
• Receive UI designs from the UI/UX designer.
• Turn the “Enter Mall” screen into an actual Unity scene.
• Use ready-made 3D assets (from Unity Asset Store, Sketchfab, or CGTrader).

3. Virtual Mall Scene:
• Design a mall map with:
• Walkable corridors
• Real stores with pre-made decoration assets
• Entrance and exit gates
• Walking system via player avatars
• Each store is a separate Unity scene (one per merchant)

4. Ready Player Me Integration:
• Integrate Ready Player Me SDK inside Unity.
• Enable avatar customization (for customers and merchants).
• Support lip-sync (mouth movement) based on voice or text input.

5. In-Store User Interaction:
• Upon entering a store:
• Display products on numbered shelves.
• Clicking a product opens a WebView or popup showing product details (later linked with Flutter).
• Basic interaction:
• Talk to store staff via voice or text (placeholder for now)
• Freely walk inside the store and mall

6. Merchant Store Customization (Future Scope):
• Design a simple Store Builder tool where merchants can:
• Select store type (e.g., perfumes, watches, fashion)
• Drag & drop decorations (shelves, lights, cashier, banners, etc.)
• Save layout and positions via backend API

7. Documentation & Coordination:
• Each scene should be delivered with:
• Unity scene file
• Links to used 3D assets
• Store identifiers in the code (Store ID or tag)



Additional Features

Group Shopping:
• When entering from “Group Mall” screen:
• Load a multiplayer scene with 2–6 avatars
• Each user sees the others in real-time
• Position sync (via Firebase Realtime Database or simple placeholder)
• Voice or text interaction (coming later)

Store Exit via Movement:
• Add a visible “Exit” door inside each store.
• When avatar walks into the exit zone → return to mall scene.
• No back button should be used.



Expected Deliverables:
• Unity project including:
• Main mall scene
• Individual store scenes
• Avatar movement with Ready Player Me integration
• Basic WebView or Unity Widget integration with Flutter



Phase 3: Flutter Developer (Mobile App Developer)

Objective: Build the mobile application using Flutter and connect UI screens to functionalities, integrating Unity, backend, and AI components.



Full Responsibilities:

1. Project Setup:
• Create a new Flutter project.
• Configure for:
• Android & iOS
• WebView or Unity Widget for 3D scenes
• Multilingual support (English & Arabic in the future)

Return Policy:
• If is_returnable == true:
→ “This product can be returned within X days of purchase.”
• If false:
→ “This product is not eligible for return.”



Screen Development (based on Figma files):
1. Splash Screen
• Display app name: 3D Shopping AI
• Auto-navigate to login screen
2. Login / Register Screen
• Toggle between Customer / Merchant
• Fields: Name, Phone Number, Password
• Login button → navigates to city selection
3. City Selection Screen
• List of cities (e.g., Riyadh only for now)
• Selecting a city enters the mall
4. Enter Mall Screen
• “Enter Mall” button → opens Unity WebView scene
5. Inside Store View (Flutter View)
• Fetch product data from API
• Display products in grid/list
• Tap product → opens product detail screen
6. Product Details Page
• Main product image
• Name, description, price
• Additional images (3–5)
• “Add to Cart” button
7. Cart Page
• List of selected products
• Total price
• “Checkout” button
8. Chat Page
• Text chat between customer and merchant
• Placeholder for AI-generated message or assistant
9. User Profile Page
• Display: name, account type (Customer / Merchant)
• Account settings and logout
10. Orders + “Pay For Me” Feature

• Send payment request to someone else
• Receiver gets push notification
• Button: “Pay on behalf of [user]”
• Support request timing (e.g., 3 hours, 1 day, etc.)



Camera Support for Merchants:
• “Add New Product” screen
• Take photo using camera
• Upload cover image
• Fields: Product name, price, shelf number, extra images
• Button: “Publish Product”



Integration Support:
• Unity WebView: display 3D mall/store
• Backend APIs: registration, fetch products, send orders
• Ready Player Me (future): show avatar inside Flutter
• OpenAI API (future): auto-generate descriptions and smart responses



Extra Features:
• Persist user session (logged in / logged out)
• Manage user type (customer vs. merchant)
• City selector with:
• Live visitor count
• Total spending in that city
• Support “Group Shopping” (2–6 users walking inside the mall together)
