Undefined Banking Algorithm Project

I'm in need of an experienced developer to build an undefined banking algorithm. Unfortunately, I can't specify the functionalities that the algorithm must have, or the programming language it should be written in. However, whatever decision you make should serve a main goal that is yet to be defined. Due to this, it's important that you're adaptable, can make informed assumptions, and work under minimal supervision. For this job, you must have:
- Expertise in Python, Java, or C++
- Experience in banking algorithms
- Understanding of potential functionalities like fraud detection, risk assessment, and loan approval
- Skills in either improving efficiency, increasing security, or optimizing resource allocation. Since the main goal is not yet defined, having skills in all these areas would be a plus. Your bid should include your chosen language and the potential functionalities you can implement with it.
