UML SPEM and PSP/TSP
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
PART 1. Metamodel with SPEM the MAGERIT v 3.0 risk analysis and
management methodology.
The meta-model of the Magerit v3 methodology must be made using the SPEM Process
Modeling language and the EPFC tool.
As metamodeling deliverables, the following must be delivered:
. - SPEM library file (XMI files) with all the contents defined for the methodology.
. - Web created from the tool as a result of selecting a configuration of the created
metamodel.
. - Explanatory document with the solution adopted (SPEM/EPFC structure chosen,
elements defined in the library, elements defined in processes, decomposition carried
out, diagrams carried out, etc.). The format of this document is free.
PART 3. SEI models. Introduction of personal management of software
development.
Create a practical use guide for engineers who are going to use the PSP (Personal
Software Process) model with the Process Dashboard tool and its integration for teamwork based on TSP.
Both the PSP model and the TSP model require the collection of a lot of fine-grade
information from both individual work and team work. For this reason, it is necessary to
provide tools that facilitate the activities of any of these models without affecting the
continuous work of software engineers.
The objective of this work is to understand the operation of the tool in relation to the
PSP/TSP models and to establish a user guide that could be put into practice. available to the engineers of an organization that would like to include among its
production processes those related to these models through the tool.
As a starting assumption, it will be considered that the organization in which the tool's
user guide is going to be provided is in the initial phases of implementation (advanced
features of PSP or TSP should not be included, only use templates PSP0 to PSP1 .1) and
that the guide should include both the instructions for theteam leader(project manager)
as well as forteam members(project engineers).
As deliverables of this work, the following must be delivered:
. - Document with the tool's use guide and the elements to be used among those
included in the tool's functionality and that are related to the PSP/TSP models. The
format of this document is free.
. - Initial ZIP file and final ZIP file (at least two) to backup the data of the project or
projects that are simulated in carrying out the user guide (Tools->Save Data Backup
option).
