UML Diagram and Java Project Fix

I require a professional with expertise in UML and Java to assist me with some issues I'm experiencing.
Editing will be done on the UML class diagram and a state diagram will be drawn. The project was made with Java and hibernate. Changes on the diagram will be implemented into the project and issues in the project will be fixed.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficiency in UML and Java.
- Experience in identifying and correcting design flaws in UML diagrams.
- The ability to resolve both logical and compilation errors in Java code.
