TypeScript CDKTF developer - On demand basis

I am in need of an experienced TypeScript CDKTF Expert Developer on a one-off basis. This developer must be capable of handling complex back end development related to TypeScript CDKTF module (Terraform) we use to deploy resources on AWS Cloud infrastructure.
We have a coding metrology that need to be followed.
We basically extending the Class TerraformStack:
export class <Class Name> extends TerraformStack {}
The work flow goes like this I give you the code with the NPM modules and you return to me new files/ modifies files and then it goes to the team for review/ approval.
Task complexity is vary but an hour to three hour coding each time is what we need for each task.
It's better to have two mile stones first Milestone for the development and the other for the QA.
