Twilio integration. Ass SMS keyword auto responder

I run a small treasure hunting business. If the kids can't find a clue they text a keyword and I reply with the answer. I already have a dedicated AU phone in Twilio. I wish to add some simple SMS auto response capability. I have about 300 keywords / associated responses already in a 2 column database and I am looking for solution that makes adding more (typcially batches of 30+) easy and fast. I already have a sample code but it is in php and it would be better done in java. I need to be able to manage this myself once initially set up.
