Twilio Flex PoC Configuration for 5 Agents

I need a new Twilio Flex installation and configuration to support 5 phone agents for inbound and outbound calls and SMS. This is a Proof of Concept (PoC) that requires online setup for testing within 3 days.

Key Requirements:
- Call recording
- Advanced call routing
- SMS templates
- Integration with custom API (JSON)
- Authentication via API key

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Twilio Flex setup and configuration
- Experience with API integration, especially JSON
- Familiarity with call recording and routing features
