Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Job Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide ongoing support to clients in the USA, assisting them with issues and providing solutions in React JS, Java, and Spring Boot technologies. The ideal candidate will be available to work during the night (USA timing) for 2-4 hours a day, with weekends off.
Responsibilities:
Provide job support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in the USA, focusing on React JS, Java, and Spring Boot technologies.
Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and offer timely solutions.
Help clients debug and resolve issues with their code and applications.
Provide guidance on best practices for code development and optimization.
Keep track of support issues and ensure that clients receive timely updates and resolutions.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
Skills Required:
React JS - Hands-on experience with building and maintaining React-based applications.
Java - Proficiency in Java programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
Spring Boot - Experience in building RESTful services using Spring Boot framework.
Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in the relevant technologies (React JS, Java, Spring Boot).
Availability to work 2-4 hours a day during USA working hours (night shift in India).
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Compensation:
₹25,000 - ₹32,000 per month depending on skills and experience.
