Text File Modifier & Exporter with GUI

Plz plz for available developers only for couple hours project deadline.
I'm looking for a developer to create a simple program that will modify the content of a text file by removing specific characters and words. The program should then export this modified file to a location of the user's choice.

Key requirements include:
- The program should enable the user to specify the characters and words they wish to remove from the text file.
- The modified file should be saved to a directory selected by the user, rather than overwriting the original file.
- The program should have a user-friendly interface (GUI) making it easy for non-technical users to interact with.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in programming languages suitable for this task (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
- Experience in developing programs with a GUI
- Understanding of file handling and manipulation
