Telecom Network Integration Expert - SIGTRAN/MAP Protocol Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Network Integration Specialist with deep expertise in SIGTRAN and MAP protocols to undertake a complex integration project. The primary objective is to develop, integrate, and validate a robust solution involving MAP messaging and routing by multiple Global Titles (GTs), ensuring seamless communication across both simulated and live network environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement advanced routing logic using multiple GT connections, ensuring accurate and efficient message delivery.
• Integrate and manage MAP messages, including SRI4SM, Update Location (UL), and MO_FSM, with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Ensure simultaneous and seamless operation across both simulated and live network environments.
• Develop and integrate comprehensive logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms to maintain system stability.
• Deliver a final live demonstration of the fully integrated solution, complete with PCAP file validation and detailed documentation.
Project Scope:
• Setup and configuration of the Mobicents JSS7 stack (excluding JBOSS) to support MAP and SIGTRAN protocols.
• Development and integration of routing logic, MAP message handling, and overall network integration.
• Comprehensive testing and validation across simulated and live environments to ensure functionality, compatibility, and reliability.
• Preparation of documentation covering setup, configuration, deployment, and operational instructions for the solution.
Deliverables:
• A fully functional and integrated solution aligned with the project scope and objectives.
• Regular updates and Loom video demonstrations illustrating completed functionalities and progress.
• Final live demonstration of the solution, including the submission of PCAP files and accompanying documentation for validation.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SIGTRAN and MAP protocols.
• Proven track record in implementing MAP routing and GT logic within telecom network environments.
• Proficiency in configuring and optimizing telecom networks for both simulated and live operations.
