Use clear, single-purpose commits
Stop and escalate if blocked — do not improvise
What you must NOT do
No refactors, optimizations, or redesigns
No “better solutions” unless explicitly requested
No scope expansion, creativity, or initiative outside instructions
We value discipline, stability, and reliability over creativity or intelligence.
Requirements
Experience working in existing codebases
Comfortable following SOPs exactly
Git basics (clean commits)
Python experience is irrelevant here
