Subscription based Gym access and door lock system using USB biometric fingerprint sensor

I am seeking an experienced tech professional to develop a gym attendance and monitoring system for my fitness facility. The system should be capable of real-time attendance tracking as this is the most important feature. Also, I have more than 500 members so scalability is essential. Besides, the system should have a convenient member check-in/out. System should be capable of registration of new member and checking whether the subscription is still running or not. For new member registration process should contains biometric authentication using fingerprint sensor like Mantra USB MFS100 sensor, after successful registration member should get notification on WhatsApp number as well as on email. During authentication for accessing the gym system should check whether the subscription is running or expire if the subscription is expire then the gym door should not open, if success gym door should open Upon completion of the project, I will require a smooth handover with training provided, if necessary.
