Optimal job for newcomers as freelancer, but with good experience on windows registry

we require a simple application to start handle registry:
- main method
this functions as own methods:
- read all existing autostart application of system and or user and trace both to standard out
- create a new autostart registry for user and run a simple java class HelloWorld from user's autostart
- create a new autostart registry as system and run a simple java class HelloWorldSystem from system's autostart
- create a registry folder + key and provide function to update a value to existing registry key
