Spring boot, micro services, AZURE, Jenkins and bitbuket developer is required

I am looking for a Spring Boot, microservices, AZURE, Jenkins and Bitbucket developer who can help me with my project. Specifically, I need someone who has experience developing microservices, as I need a file handling microservice developed. The expected timeline for completion is more than 3 months.
