Spring boot

I am in need of a Spring Boot application with RESTful API development. I have existing documentation/specifications for the API and I require coding help. The desired outcome is an application that is user-friendly, bug free, secure and meets my requirements and expectations. It should be able to assess user authentication and authorization, database integration, and it should be capable of working as required in a stable environment. I am looking for a professional with a thorough understanding of web technologies, such as Java, Javascript, APIs, HTML, CSS, and Spring Boot, who can be relied upon to produce quality results in a timely manner.
