Spring Security Implementation with Struts

I need to implement Spring Security in my new Struts application, similar to how it was set up in my previous system.

Key Requirements:
- The previous application had User Authorization and Role-based Access Control. This needs to be replicated in the new application.
- The following user roles were present in the old system and need to be retained:
- Admin
- Manager
- Regular User
- View
- Each role had specific actions or permissions:
- Admin: Full access (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
- Manager: Full access (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
- Regular User: Full access (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
- View: View Only access
